On the ground floor, there are retail floor spaces, whilst the 5 upper floors are let for office purposes. From the topmost floor, there is a guaranteed fabulous view over the roof tops of Munich and the Frauenkirche.

The offices and retail shops are fitted with multiple-glazed metal windows and outer doors. The floors are mostly carpeted and the ceilings are suspended. A sufficient number of kitchenettes and WCs are available in each office unit.

The building has a total of three lifts. Special natural stone tiles and cool steel create the ambiance in the staircases and entrance areas.
